This is one of the main places Seattleites get their prescribed methadone. They dose about 1,500 folks a day, and if you drive by during the day they're is no mistaking the crowd you will see scurrying down the sidewalk or jay walking to its doors. If you are experiencing the present opioid crisis then this is the place to come to get off the tar and onto prescribed methadone.

The staff are very professional, friendly, and sobriety focused. The building is clean. Evergreen treatment services is the most professional methadone clinic that is federally funded. They are client oriented, and keep the neighbors happy with the job they are doing. Other methadone treatment facilities i have gone to have illegal drugs being sold all around. Evergreen has a handle on this problem and they stopped it before it started. They counselors are understanding and although it's not a requirement most are in recovery also which makes them empathetic towards their clients. Evergreen is trying to think of new ways to get people involved in recovery not just wanting to take methadone and not combat the whole problem. We need more places like evergreen!

Great place to start for Methodone or Suboxone treatment..

Very helpful for opiatw replacement therapy. Most of the dosing nurses, couselors amd security are pleasant. Alsp acupuncture included.

Excellent, It's now been one month going to this treatment center, my first time ever...... I must say compare to the nightmare stories I hear about other T.C. we here at evergreen got it good. Staff are wonderful and are there to help..... and have not forgotten their Mission Statement and why they are here, which is to help us who are/were addicted to Opioid have a chance if they want, to make that difference in their lives...... Thanks Evergreen 8/14/2018 well i'm going on two weeks M-F and doing acupuncture, It is offered here at evergreen and I don't know if you are from another evergreen facility you can partake in the acupuncture treatment at Airportway (evergreen) for example if you dose at T.H.S. can you dose here? you may want to call and find out. but for the most part its been a wonderful experience adding this to my treatment, afterwards its so relaxing and peaceful. if you get a chance to try it you'll like it.....

So I'm enrolled in the methadone program here at this clinic. I used to go to THS(therapeutic health services) in Shoreline but always wanted to transfer here to Evergreen. Why?? One of my main reasons was for transportation assistance from my sister/mother because they go to this clinic also (now only my mother & me). The way that most things are done here are better, in my own opinion, then how THS does stuff. I WOULD reccommend this clinic to ANYONE & EVERYONE with an opiate addiction. They also give you the choice of suboxone or methadone here now, but methadone is better for me but everyone has to figure out which ia better for themselves!

The councilors seem to only be there for a paycheck & that's it. Every other employee other than them is nice though

The staff here are all friendly. If you follow the rules and focus on your recovery, the methadone program can be a lifesaver, it saved my life! My cravings I was experiencing on Suboxone went away and I worked closely with my provider to find the right dose for me. I truly believe in methadone clinics and their power to change lives! They have rules here, and for a very good reason! So again, if you follow the rules, the staff here will help you along your path to recovery!

I like being at ETS they help me but my life back together. I still come here it the best places to go.

Great place with awesome staff! Just make sure to follow their rules and respect them and they will respect you. They're very helpful and they're good about getting you to the right dose hastily. Best clinic in the state in my opinion.

I transferred here from THS about 3 months ago, but should have sooner. They treat you with respect and fairness. WAY more than I can say about THS!

I've been going to Evergreen for over a year. Have been treated with respect & would recommend methadone program to get off opiate!!

I have been at ETS for about 10 years now and I am pleased with the overall level of care there. Staff is friendly and helpful and I appreciate that. I transferred to ETS from THS and I have done SO much better since moving to Evergreen. I can definitely say that Evergreen is the Cadillac of the methadone clinics, hands down. Thank you for caring about your clients!

If you want help a great place to go if you're serious about getting clean don't go after 11.00am drug addict galore 😉

The all around atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The dosing nurses, counselors, us techs, and front desk are always quick to help you above and beyond expectations.

If you have an opiate problem, this is tha place for you to checkout. They have drug treatment, housing assistance and much more. They offer Methadone and Suboxone.

Counseling is great,security is horrible you cannot talk to no one and sometimes are followed and watched off property the dispencery picks on people if they are having a bad day,but besides that they have saved my life and a lot of others.They would definitely be my 1st choice before any other outpatient clinic in Washington.

Their place is the best in Seattle. They are very supportive in the treatment they provide.

LOL, there's not enough room, ta give ya a good story...😯 Nah but 4 real, there's some "professional" people, here who are on some serious power trip,as just about all places.Theres ones that are very nice & respectful & helpful, then there's ones ya just wonder ,why the even work there,they respond to ya like they are disgusted by your even existence. It's a place that you should go , take your medicine, have your appointments , do acupuncture, and LEAVE. There's problems as one would expect, having so many addicts coming to a area , day after day. That's good enough summary of the place... ;

Great clinici. Its now 2017 the clinic is much more crouded. Allso. Holegate. St Is an benzo market still the best in. Seattle'

A bit understaffed, but the best treatment like this I KNOW of. Very dedicated core staff, the police however target clients for jaywalking or anything else they can do to pressure from community to close this location, even charging anyone leaving by car with DWI if they admit to taking any prescribed medications just to harass and intimidate.

My mom goes here along with some other ppl I know & have been for years so that must say something 😉

They have a great team experienced in addiction. Some say"I hate coming here everyday". I say"we have to get up sick everyday and degrade ourselves to get drugs. What a price everyone pays when we suffer from addiction. Evergreen has the solutions. Come as you are and join us. We welcome you.

This is an amazing place to start turning your life around. The staff go above and beyond for you and help in anyway possible. Rhe medication that they give os a big life saver and changer. I am thankful everyday that this place is available to me! THEY SAVED MY LIFE!
